Time Table Committee

The time Table committee of Sai College recognizes the importanceof time and ensures proper utilization for students which makes them organizedand uses time effectively tomaximize chance of success hence increasingproductivity. The committe prepare the class time table atthe beginning of each semester with the active involvement of the committeemembers by collecting data on teaching loaddistribution of individual facultymembers, assigning classrooms. By referring to the class timetables, preparethe timetables of individual faculty members. Make the class time tablesavailable in the notice board for students’ reference and send a copy oftimetable to all faculties.

Objectives:

·       To ensure work load is equitably distributed among the membersof the staffproviding adequate time for preparation between the lectures

·       Smooth and efficient management of academic program through thesemesters

·       To allocate classes in Lecture halls, Computer Lab and Librarywithout anyoverlapping.

·       To ensure that the time table is disseminated to all facultymembers, concernedstaffs and students
